2 14-07-2011 Issue notice to the respondents in admission matter to

show cause as to why the writ application be not allowed at the

admission stage itself.

The petitioner shall take steps for show cause notice in

admission matter in ordinary process within two weeks.

Rule returnable two months thereafter.

In the meantime, further proceeding in title suit no.66 of

2002 pending in the Court of Munsif III, Gaya shall remain stayed.
