to withdraw this First Appeal in view of the notification

no. 15/DLA Policy-Lok Adalat-03/03/1495/Rev., Patna,

dated 20.8.2010 of the State Government as valuation of

the appeal is Rs.54,184.30 only and it arises out of Land

Acquisition Cases. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.
