Prayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to depute the students of the petitioner institute admitted during the academic year 2006  2007 in respect of additional intake to undergo teaching practice in the nearby Panchayat Union Schools and also to conduct practical examinations for the 1st year Diploma in Teacher Education Course for the publication of results and issuance of certificates in respect of the first year examinations took place in February 2008.

Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
