This is an application for recall of order dated 24.06.2010 passed by this
Court.
On 30.07.2010, when the application was taken up, Shri Gauri Shankar
Maurya, Advocate appeared and state that this case will be argued by Shri
Anadi Bannerjee, Advocate, but since Shri Bannerjee is not feeling well, the
case may be adjourned.
Accordingly, the case was adjourned for today.
Today, the application called out, but none appears for the petitioners, rather
Shri Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, l earned counsel for opposite party no. 4 is
present and has pressed for recalling the aforesaid order.
In view of the above, this application is allowed and the order dated
24.06.2010 is hereby recalled.
