12 30.9.2010 An I.A.No.2593 of 2008 has been filed for expunging

the name of petitioner no.1 Tripuranand Tiwary from the records

of the instant case as he died on 4.10.2008, as would be evident

from Death Certificate contained in Annexure-1.

In view of the submissions, let the name of petitioner

no.1 Tripuranand Tiwary be expunged from the records of the

case.

I.A. application thus stands allowed.
