                        J U D G M E N T

Standing counsel appearing for the University reports that in

pursuance to the directions contained in Ext.P10 judgment, orders

have been passed by the University on 22/12/2010 rejecting the

petitioner’s application for affiliation for B.Tech in Medical

Engineering.

Now that such an order has been passed, this writ petition is

closed leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the remedies

against the said order.
