Notification No. 15/DLA Policy-Lok Adalat-03/03-

1495/Rev., Patna, dated 20.8.2010 as the valuation

of this First Appeal is Rs.61,605.58/- only which

arises out of Land Acquisition Case.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this First Appeal is dismissed

as withdrawn.
