                    J U D G M E N T

The request of the petitioner is to direct the

respondent to consider and take a final decision on

Ext. P2 application for temporary permit. Learned

Govt. Pleader, on instruction, submits that orders have

already been passed in favour of the petitioner and

temporary permit valid till 29-9-2007 has been granted.

Recording this submission, this writ petition is

closed.
