Dated this the 19th day of June, 2009.

                      JUDGMENT

The petitioner completed her B.Com

Degree Examination in April/May, 2009. When the

result of the 2nd year examination was published, she

noticed that she had failed in three papers. She had

applied for revaluation. In the meanwhile, she had

written the supplementary examination for all the

three papers. When the result of the supplementary

examination was published, she noticed that she has

passed for two papers out of three. From Ext.P2, it is

seen that the petitioner had lost her Financial

Accounting Paper, for which she had already applied

for re-valuation as early as in December, 2008. The

result of the revaluation sought for by the petitioner

has not been published so far.

delay in the publication of results of revaluation in

sought for by the petitioner, as per Challan No.713

dated 1.12.2008.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed

of directing the 1st respondent to publish the result of

the revaluation sought for by the petitioner (Financial

Accounting Paper), in December, 2008, as early as

possible, at any rate, within a period of eight weeks

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,

provided the application for revaluation is in order

and otherwise correct.
