The present criminal application has been filed with the prayer to quash
the proceedings of Case Crime No.231 of 1991, State Vs. Raj Kumar @
Raju and others, under Sections 498-A, 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act
pending in the court of M.M. VI, Kanpur Nagar.

List revised. No one is present on behalf of applicant to press present
application except learned AGA for the State.

Accordingly, application is rejected for want of prosecution. Interim
order, if any, is hereby discharged.
