Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing
Counsel.
Petitioners are working as Seasonal Collection Amin from 1983.
They obtained an interim order by this Court and according to the
petitioner, they are still working. Therefore, they are entitled for
regularization. Petitioners submit that their claim is still pending
consideration. Petitioner Nos.1, 5 and 6 have already been
regularized, therefore, this writ petition may be treated to be
dismissed against them. As regards claim of other petitioners, it
will be appropriate that the District Magistrate concerned may
consider the claim of the petitioners according to law by speaking
and reasoned order, if possible, within a period of six months from
the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
No order as to costs.
