“When the matter was called out nobody
appeared for and on behalf of the respondents.Though on
earlier occasion,the party remained absent,in the larger
interest of justice.One more opportunity was given to
t;he respondent by issuing fresh notice. Again,nobody has
appeared on the Second occasion though notice is served
as reported by the office.The petitioner has already
deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/- as directed by this
Court.In the circumstances following ordere is passed.
Rule returnable on 17th March,1997.Notice
as to interim relief.Ad-interim relief granted
hereinabove shall continue till further order.”
