A loaded country made pistol has been

recovered from petitioner’s possession but he

remained in custody since 19.4.2011, hence is

allowed bail.

The above named petitioner is directed

to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial

Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in Dinara P.S.

Case No. 84 of 2011.
