squarely covered with the judgment rendered by this

Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No.1257/2005 (Miss

Shilpa Badala Vs. State) & 24 ors., decided on

4.3.2008 whereby all the writ petitions were dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed

while following the aforesaid order.
