The prayer in the application is for restoration of appeal closed earlier for statistical purposes vide order no. S-155/A-194/KOL/2001 dt. 20.2.2001. Now the Committee of Secretaries vide sl. no. 23 of the minutes of the meeting held on 23.2.2001 circulated vide their letter dt. 30.3.2001 has permitted the appellant to pursue the appeal before the Tribunal. Accordingly we restore the appeal to its original number.
