Mr.Shah,
learned advocate for the petitioner, states that the order passed by
the Government ? Agricultural and Cooperation Department dated
05.07.2008 in Revision Application No.151 of 2004 is without
affording an opportunity of hearing to the respondents. On this
short ground, he challenges this order and requests that if the
matter could be remitted back to the Government for deciding the same
after affording an opportunity of hearing.
