Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has remedy of
filing appeal against the order impugned, therefore, does not wish
to press this petition at this stage and prays that the petition be
dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The certified copy of the order (Annexure No.1 & 2 to this writ
petition) may be returned to the petitioner after furnishing the
photostat copy of these orders.
