Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks
further time to file counter affidavit, failing which the Respondent
No.2, District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh, shall appear in
person on the next date fixed alongwith relevant records and
instructions to assist this Court.
As prayed, let the matter be listed on 31.08.2010.
In the meantime, office may give report regarding service of notice
on the unserved respondents.
