The petitioner is claiming a plot under the rehabilitation policy,

framed by the State of Haryana, for those whose land was acquired for any

development scheme. Under orders passed by a Division Bench of this

Court in CWP No.15433 of 2006, to settle such like disputes, Oustees

Adalat was constituted. Apex Appellate Body was also created. The

petitioner may agitate his claim before the above said authority. If any

application is made, the same be disposed of as per law within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of the application.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
