Board, has not been carried out by the learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the petitioner.

Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, two

weeks’ time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to carry

out the aforesaid order dated 16.11.2010, failing which the Civil

Revision application shall stand rejected without further reference to a

Bench.
