The petitioner has sought quashing of the order dated

23.4.2009 passed by the Special Judge (Vigilance), Patna, in Special

Case No.7 of 2006, by which he has refused to discharge the

petitioner in a case instituted under section 7/13 of the Prevention of

Corruption Act.

In my view, since the order is well reasoned, it calls for

no interference by this court.

The application is dismissed.
