Shri Sarvesh Singh, the appellant has filed this appeal dated 1.2.2011
before the Commission against respondent Hindustan Copper Limited, Khetri
Copper Complex, Jhunjhunu, for not providing information to his RTI request.
2. The appellant vide his letter dated 30.6.2011 has now informed the
Commission before hearing fixed on 6.7.2011 that as no further information is
needed by him from the respondent, he requested the Commission to withdraw
his present appeal.
3. In view of above said submissions of the appellant, the Commission
allows the appellant to withdraw his appeal. The hearing scheduled in the
matter on 6.7.2011 stands cancelled.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
