By means of this petition, petitioners have prayed for protection of their lives.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are major and they
have solemnised their marriage on their own free will and now they are being
harassed.
If the marriage of the petitioners is registered and if there is any real grievance
to married couple against their parents or relatives or police who are allegedly
interfering with their conjugal rights which goes to such extent that there is
threat of their life they may approach the S.S.P. Agra.
The S.S.P.Agra is directed to take steps on the application of the petitioners
and pass appropriate order on their application for the security and safety of
the petitioners life immediately.
It is made clear that in the event any FIR, it will be open for the police
authorities to proceed ion accordance with law.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
