In
pursuance of the Note placed by the Office to permit the withdrawal
of appearance of learned Advocate Mr. Adil P. Mehta, for the accused

– appellant Prahladbhai Bhailal Vasava in Criminal Appeal No. 437 of
2004, it is directed that since appellant Prahladbhai Bhailal
Vasava has consented to engage Counsel through Gujarat High Court
Legal Services Committee, the appearance of learned Advocate Mr.
Adil P. Mehta is permitted to be withdrawn as learned Advocate for
Prahladbhai Bhailal Vasava and his name be deleted as such in
Criminal Appeal No. 437 of 2004.
