When this case is taken up for hearing on 17.8.2007, none appears for

the petitioner. Therefore, we adjourned the matter to this date. Even today,

none appears for the petitioner. Therefore, the original petition requires to be

rejected for non-prosecution and it is accordingly rejected.

2. Consequently, C.M.P.No.60829 of 2002 is also rejected.
