श्री प्रदीप टम्टा (अल्मोड़ा):महोदय, मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूं कि स्वैच्छिक संगठनों की मान्यता और विनियमन तथा उससे संबंधित अथवा उसके आनुषंगिक विषयों का उपबंध करने वाले विधेयक को पुरःस्थापित करने की अनुमति दी जाए।
MR. CHAIRMAN: The question is:
“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to provide for recognition and regulation of voluntary organizations and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.”
