It
is reported that certain proceedings which are pending before the
Division Bench by way of OJ Appeal, wherein direction to stay the
auction proceedings has been issued. Furthermore, as recorded in the
previous order, there is some controversy or confusion regarding the
land being that

ULC Authority. Thus, to enable the parties to take appropriate
decision after taking into account the aforesaid
