passed:-

While pressing the application
(Interlocutory Application No. 873 of
2011), it is submitted that Vakalatnama
on behalf of only one proposed legal heir
of petitioner no. 7 has been filed.

It appears that the said order

has not been carried out. Let the

Vakalatnama on behalf of the rest of the

heirs of petitioner no. 7 be filed within

two weeks, failing which this application

shall stand rejected without further

reference to a Bench.
