Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the issue involved in
the present case is causing attention of the Full Bench in Writ
Petition No. 4187 of 2008 Nagarjuna Construciton Company Ltd.
Vs. State of U.P. and others referred by the Division Bench of this
Court.

In view of the above, list this writ petition after the decision of the
Full Bench in Writ Petition No. 4187 of 2008 Nagarjuna
Construction Company Ltd. Vs. State of U.P. and others. In case if
the petitioner wants to be intervener to argue the matter before the
Full Bench, it will be open to the petitioner to move an application
before the Full Bench.
