The petitioner has filed this application for cancellation

of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 on the ground that he did

not fulfill the conditions stipulated by this Court for grant of bail.

Opposite party no.2 was noticed who has appeared and

submits that now the matter has ended in acquittal of the accused

and, therefore, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this

petition pending.

In view of such, the application is dismissed as having

become infructuous.

It goes without saying that henceforth the Court below

shall be cautious while accepting the bail papers of the accused

persons.
