Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA. and perused the
statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C of victim Pooja Mishra.

Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to serve notice upon Pooja
Mishra personally within a week from today. Notice will indicate that this
application will come up for admission / final disposal on 06.09.2010, on the
said date Pooja Mishra is directed to be present before this Court .

Till next date of listing no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant
in S. T. No. 714 of 2009 (State of U.P. Vs. Pankaj), under Sections 363, 366
I.P.C., Police Station-Tilhar, District-Shahjahanpur.
