3/ 11.04.2011 Despite repeated calls, no body appears

on behalf of the petitioner to press the present

petition. However, Mr. Mithilesh Kumar Singh,

learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 and

learned A.C. to G.P. – 21, appearing on behalf of

the respondent-State of Bihar and its functionaries

are present.

The present writ petition stands dismissed

for want of prosecution.
