                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner challenges Exts.P1 and P3. Ext.P1 is

the mahazar and Ext.P3 is the additional bill. Petitioner has

filed Ext.P5.

2. I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned standing counsel.

Writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent

to consider and take a decision on Ext.P5 in accordance with

law, after affording an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner,

within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment. Till such time, there will be no disconnection

pursuant to Ext.P3.
