Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA.
This application has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to expedite the
proceeding of Case. No. 4838 of 2002, under section 60 Excise Act, P.S.
Highway, District Mathura pending in the court of learned CJM, Mathura.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the
proceedings of the above mentioned case shall be expedited without granting
unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in case the proceedings are
not stayed by any other court.

With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
