                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by the bills

issued by the second respondent. It will be open to the petitioner

to approach the Executive Engineer of the concerned Division. In

the event of the petitioner filing an appeal before the Executive

Engineer within a period of one month from today, the said

authority/competent authority shall consider the matter with

notice to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance

with law within a period of another three months. Interim order

passed by this Court will continue till such time.

This original petition is disposed of as above.
