way of present appeal, the applicant has challenged the judgment and
order of acquittal dated 19th December 2009 passed by the
learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.6, Ahmedabad, in Criminal
Case No.46 of 1999.

Today
this matter is listed for admission hearing. Office is directed to
call for Record and Proceedings from the concerned trial Court so as
to reach this Court on or before 26th August 2010 and
