The present correction application has been filed for correction of the order
passed by Hon’ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal, J. The present correction
application has been placed on nomination by Hon’ble the Senior Judge.
Counsel for the applicant submitted that in the first line of first paragraph of

the order dated 18th December, 2009, the name of the applicant has wrongly
been transcribed as Hari Mohan in place of Guddu alias Jitendra Yadav.
The name of the applicant is incorporated as Guddu alias Jitendra Yadav in
place of Hari Mohan.

Accordingly, the correction application is disposed off.
