                                  JUDGMENT

Petitioner submits that by Ext.P1 she was appointed as

LPSA in the school of the 4th respondent, initially with effect from

1.6.2007. Subsequently she was transferred and appointed in

another school of the 4th respondent with effect from 16.7.2007

as per Ext.P2. Petitioner submits that approval following

Ext.P2 is pending consideration of the 3rd respondent and that

orders have not been passed so far. It is complaining of the

delay in this respect, this writ petition is filed.

2. Having regard to the submission made as above by the

learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of

directing that the 3rd respondent shall take up, consider and pass

orders on the proposal for approval of the appointment of the

petitioner based on Ext.P2, if the same has been submitted by

the 4th respondent. This shall be done as expeditiously as

possible, and at any rate, within six weeks of production of a

copy of this judgment.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before

the 4th respondent for compliance.
