1. The appellant was heard on 20/9/2010.

2. In the course of hearing, the details of information asked for and the
CPIO’s response were discussed. The appellant alleged that the CPIO has given
incomplete and misleading information regarding the action taken on his
representation. The appellant therefore pleaded for allowing inspection of the
entire records relating to the manner in which his complaint was examined by the
respondent.

Decision:

3. The appellant’s plea is accepted. The CPIO is directed to allow inspection
of the relevant documents. Both the parties should mutually decide a convenient

date and time for inspection of the relevant records within 15 working days from
the date of receipt of this decision.

4. With these observations, the appeal is disposed of.
