                         JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a student of B. Com. Computer

Application under the respondent University. It is stated

that in October, 2007 supplementary examination, he

appeared for the subject Quantitative Techniques. When

the result was declared he failed and there upon it is stated

that on 17.12.2008, he made an application to the

University for revaluation. It is stated that the University has

not so far completed the revaluation or declare results.

2. Copy of the application for revaluation or even the

receipt evidencing the payment of fee has not been

produced. Despite this I direct the University to complete

the revaluation and declare the result, if the petitioner has

made an application and that the application made by him

is proper in all respects, as expeditiously as possible and at

WPC No.5142/2009 -2-

any rate within 8 weeks from the date of production of a

copy of the judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
