dated 05.08.2010 Subodh Kumar Jha has been recorded as

opposite party no. 4 in place of Surendra Nath while

disposing of I.A. No. 6635 of 2010.

In the above view of the matter, let the paragraph

2 of the aforesaid order be considered in respect of

opposite party no. 4 Surendra Nath son of Harish Chandra

Das.

Order dated 05.08.2010 is modified to the

aforesaid extent only.
