02. 23.03.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner,

informant and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for

the offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal

Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that the petitioner is said to have

caused the death of the deceased and kept absconding for

a period of about six years, I am not inclined to grant bail

to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
