2. 25.6.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

the State.

Considering the nature of allegations under

Sections 379/411 and 34 of the Penal Code and

custody stated to be of approximately nine months for

theft of what is stated to be a parked motorcycle, let the

petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on

furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand)

with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in

connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 323/2009.
