opposite party no. 4.

Office report dated 23.01.2010 indicates that the petitioners have not taken
steps for service of notice.

As a matter of last opportunity, learned counsel for the petitioners is allowed a
week’s time to take steps. If steps are taken within the above period, office
shall proceed and issue notice to opposite party no. 4 and shall list the petition
after service of notice.

If steps, as directed above, are not taken, the writ petition shall immediately
be listed after the time granted for taking the steps.
