petitioners that that petitioner Nos. 2 and 4 namely

Birendra Kumar Singh @ Birendra Singh and Prabhat

Kumar Singh @ Prabhat Kumar have been arrested,

hence he seeks permission to withdraw the application

with regard to petitioner Nos. 2 and 4.

Permission is accorded.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with

regard to petitioner Nos. 2 and 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted

to press the anticipatory bail application with regard to

petitioner Nos. 1 and 3.
