are personally present in Court and husband submits that

complainant (wife) is mentally disorder but complainant is mentally

fit.

As prayed for, put up this case on 24.08.2010 at the top

of the list. On that date, husband and wife shall be personally

present in Court.

In the meantime, interim relief, as granted on

26.02.2010, shall continue.
