Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.

This petition has been filed against the suspension order. The petitioner was
suspended on 9.12.2006. It has been informed by the learned standing counsel
that the petitioner’s suspension has already been revoked and the petitioner
has been reinstated. Nothing remains to be decided by this Court.

The writ petition has become infructuous and it is dismissed as such.
