4/ 07.09.2010 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By order dated 28.02.2005 passed in C.W.J.C. No.

9035 of 2003, the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to

the respondents to refer the case of the petitioners for payment of

salary alongwith the expenditure to be incurred on account of pay

revision to the BIFR so that BIFR may take final decision in the

matter.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents submits

that they have fully complied with the direction of this Court. In

case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any subsequent action of the

respondents, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the

appropriate forum for his grievance.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of.
