                       J U D G M E N T

It is submitted by K.B.Pradeep that a special leave

petition filed against the judgment was dismissed by the

Supreme Court. It is submitted by Special Govt. Pleader

that a lay out approval has been granted and forwarded to

the Corporation. Mr Unnikrishnan submits that the

Corporation received the layout approval only on 17-9-09

and that the needful for redressing the grievance of the

petitioner will be done immediately. Recording the above

submission the contempt case is closed.
