Dated this the 6th day of July, 2009

                      JUDGMENT

Petitioners were the students of MES College of

Engineering, Kuttippuram, for B.Tech (Mechanical

Engineering) Degree Course for the year 2005-09.

Apparently, dissatisfied with the marks obtained in

one paper in the 7th semester examination, they had

applied for revaluation. They are aggrieved that the

result of the revaluation has not been published so far.

2. I heard learned standing counsel for the University

also. There is no justification for the delay in the

publication of results of revaluation in respect of the

7th semester B.Tech regular Examination, December

2008. Exts.P1 to P5 applications for revaluation are

pending before the respondents.

3. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of directing

the respondents to publish the results of the revaluation

sought for by the petitioners, as early as possible, at

W.P.(C).18857/09

any rate, within a period of eight weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment provided the

applications for revaluation are in order and otherwise

correct.
